And yet, the crew in The King’s Head are going about their work, ferrying out plates of the finest Wild Atlantic Way foods, like you would imagine it was an average Sunday night, and not an unprecedented gathering of the greatest chefs on the planet. This coolness, this calmness, is thanks to Mary and Paul Grealish, and the fact that they have raised standards in The King’s Head to unprecedented levels.
