After more than 25 years in business, Riccardo Cavaliere and his team are enjoying greater success than ever before. They have managed this by mastering a patient, organic development, slowly developing their food and wine offer, polishing their service, and in the process creating in Rinuccini a restaurant that exemplifies all the virtues of the Italian art of cooking, and eating. Their secret is to bring to bring an attenuated attention to detail to everything they do. So, service is pin point sharp. Ingredients are superbly selected. The cooking is right on point: a mushroom risotto is flavourful and comforting; raviolo of Gorgonzola and spinach is pasta cookery at a peak; sautéed prawns are sweetly delicious; squid and zucchini fritters are crisp and bracing.
